The Mental Health Center was founded in 1976 and is now the only Second Grade and Class A Mental Health Hospital in the Changning District of Shanghai. The Mental Health Center has an area of over 3 acres and 620 beds. It provides services to disorders including general psychiatry problems, Alzheimer disease, cognitive impairment of the elderly, child psychiatry, sleep disorder, bipolar disorder, anxiety and depression and drug addiction.
