These positions will be available in two series, one tenure-track academic (Professor/Associate Professor) and the other full-time investigational (Researcher/Associate Researcher/Postdoctoral Fellow/Assistant Researcher). l Eligibility:
1. Academic Leaders Ideal candidates should have profound and strong academic research background in basic medicine with internationally-renowned achievement. He/she should be reputed with academic integrity, professional morality and academic administration skills. He/she is expected to be highly active in cutting-edge research and to have previous experiences of conducting major national or international scientific research projects. In addition, he/she is expected to have systematic understanding of medical educational systems at home and abroad, with successful experience in training medical professional at advanced levels and the zealot for innovation in the medical educational systems.
2. Discipline Leaders Ideal candidates should have a Doctorate degree and professional experiences at the levels of full-professors or the equivalents at institutions in home or abroad. He/she should also have served as the Chief Scientist to major national or international scientific research projects in recent five years. He/she is expected to have achieved serial landmark accomplishments in relevant research fields. He/she is also expected to be good at teaching core courses and capable of organizing and leading high-quality teaching of relevant disciplines.
3. Outstanding Young Scholars The ideal candidates should have a Doctorate degree in relevant fields of basic medicine and at least two years of postdoctoral research in universities or research institutions in home and abroad. He/she is expected to have achieved serial important accomplishments in relevant research fields and have good promise of academic development.

The recruited Postdoctoral Research Associates and other associates will conduct research work related to medical and health sciences, under the guidance of the principal investigators.
